Nicole Sandler Show Going on Hiatus; Host Battling Lung Cancer

nicole new graphicGDPR REVOLUTION99 is sending out massive positive healing beams to progressive talk host Nicole Sandler. The ebullient radio vet recently was diagnosed with lung cancer and her weekday show will be going on hiatus from the GDPR netwaves after her Thursday, Aug. 25 broadcast.

Initially, Nicole had planned to do one-hour versions of her usually two-hour Monday through Friday show until her surgery date, however, she learned that the date will be next week, sooner than expected. This means her show will take a break of about four weeks starting Friday.

While Nicole is recuperating, her 2-3 PM Central Time slot will be filled with a great progressive talk program: Sputnik Radio’s Loud and Clear with Brian Becker Monday through Friday. During the 3-4 PM hour, we already have begun airing different prog-talk offerings each weekday: a one-hour version of The Brit Somers Show on Monday; Black Agenda Report on Tuesday and Friday; Project Censored on Wednesday; and Moment of Clarity with Lee Camp on Thursday. GDPR REVOLUTION99 will keep you covered with outstanding, substantive progressive news and talk throughout, as we always do.

The Nicole Sandler Show will return when she is able to do so. Whether it will be a one- or two-hour show is up in the air at present; the only concern here is Nicole’s health and well-being.  Speaking of which, if you are able to do so, please donate to her crowdfunding effort to help cover her massive medical expenses. You’ll find the special donate box on the right of this page. She is here for us each day to provide news and analysis the mainstream corporate media doesn’t — clearly, she has our back. Let’s stand for her in her time of need. Please keep Nicole and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. And, for the love of all that is good, we implore you to stand and fight for Medicare for all. We need single payer health coverage — yesterday.
