Dan Fogelberg has been my favorite singer-songwriter since I was 10 years old. It’s still hard to fathom he’s gone, and it’s been nearly eight years since his voice was stilled by advanced pancreatic cancer. Aug. 13 is his birthday — let’s celebrate with good works and, of course, music.
